Dear Patrons,
As we are kicking off another exciting year of Basketball, we would like to thank you for your continued support in helping make our concession stand what it is. We take great pride in our concessions and even earned the “Hospitality Award” from MSAIS last year.
To keep our program strong and successful, we depend on you as patrons and family members to not only support us but to work a shift. Below I have listed a few things to keep in mind and will help this run smoothly:
**Each shift will be 2 hours like previous years.
**Only one family member is required to work the shift.
** It is YOUR responsibility to find someone to work for you or to swap shifts if you are unable to work the assigned shift.
**ALL correspondence regarding concession related matters MUST be done through email for documentation purposes. The email is baconcession@bentonacademy.org and please remember I don’t check Facebook Messenger and please give us time to respond as I do have a full time job and only can check emails in the afternoon.
**Due to limited space and liability issues absolutely NO children are allowed to be in the concession stand at any time.
**If any 9-12 grade student needs community service hours and would like to help they can see Donna and she will coordinate a date and time to help. This must be approved PRIOR to student working.
