Other Fees:
A $10.00 late fee will be assessed per fee, per child for past due fees.
- BOOK & ACTIVITY FEE - $200.00 for each student grades K2-12. This fee covers rental of textbooks, workbooks, lab fees, drug testing, art, and admission to all Benton Academy (home) sporting events. This fee is due May 1, 2024.
- TECHNOLOGY FEE - $100.00 for each student grades K2-12. This fee is for rendering technology resources and services to enhance student learning experiences. Students in grades 7th -12th are required to provide their own laptop. This fee is due June 1, 2024.
- ATHLETIC FEE - $85.00. This fee covers all JR/HS sports in which a student may participate in grades 6-12. It does not cover team sportswear required by a particular sport (shorts, tops, socks, shoes, etc.) This does not include cheerleaders. This fee is due July 1, 2024.
- YEARBOOK FEE - $70.00 per family. This will include 1 yearbook per family. Additional yearbooks may be purchased. This fee is due July 1, 2024.
- PTO FEE - $10.00 for each student grades K2-12. This fee is due July 1, 2024.
- BUILDING FUND – All patron building fund fees are $75.00 per child, per year, not to exceed $200.00 in a year per family. This fee is due August 1, 2024.
- AFTER SCHOOL CARE - 3:00 – 5:30 $10.00 per day, per child. After 5:30 will be $5.00 per minute, per child.
- HARVEST CARNIVAL - Each family will be required to sell $450.00 of tickets for fall fundraiser. You may have the amount of $75.00 drafted over the first six (6) months with of tuition. This fee is due November 15, 2024.
- PATRON PARTICIPATION POLICY – Each family will be required to participate in one workday (6-8 hours), one football concession stand and two (four games) basketball concession stands. Only pre-registered patrons may opt out of this requirement by paying $550 by June 1, 2024. If you choose not to opt out and fail to fulfill your obligation or are a late registrant, your account will be assessed the following - $300 for workday; $150 for football concession stand duty; and $150 for each basketball concession stand duty. These amounts will be assessed to your account at the school’s discretion.
- 2K NUTRITIONAL FEE – $30.00 per child per month drafted on the first of the month August – May (includes 2 snacks and a daily lunch).
